Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within UK):

International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations on request. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. Please check your junk folder.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist as much as possible in resolving the issue.
BLB HQ Pickup
If local pickup is available, you can select it at checkout. Orders will be ready within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
